After 15 days of ownership - $50.00 per support call (requires Visa/Master Card)
No Direct Billing so please don't ask!
Customers outside of SFP or selected No SFP, or have lapsed SFP rates are $150.00 per hour.
You will be charged a minimum $150.00 and all SFP back charges up to 1 year, plus current year.
