Turning off Microsoft Vista Aero - You must have this feature turned off before contacting support. If AERO is running once support starts an additional $25.00 fee will be charged to the total billing session.

Getting to Windows Color and Appearance Settings

Right Click on a blank space on the desktop, and choose personalize:

The personalization Menu should now appear. Choose “Windows Color and Appearance”

Click: Open Classic Appearance Properties for more Color Options

SELECT  WINDOWS STANDARD or WINDOWS CLASSIC
